Dr. Victor Fontana – Plastic Surgery and Hand Surgery
Board Certified in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Dr Fontana maintains a private practice focusing on aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Dr Fontana served as an attending plastic surgeon at Lincoln Medical Center in New York where he was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery at Weil Cornell Medical College. Dr. Fontana holds privileges at several surgery centers in the Monmouth County area and is an assistant attending of plastic surgery at Riverview Medical Center, Bayshore Community Hospital and Raritan Bay Medical Center.
Dr. Fontana completed his undergraduate training at the State University of New York at Albany where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the distinguished academic honor society Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Fontana attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where he received his medical degree and was awarded with the William F. Grupe Medical Education Scholarship. Chris Tavares, DC Chiropractic & Rehabilitation
Chris Tavares, DC, is a chiropractic specialist. Dr. Tavares, DC, is passionate about the role that holistic and integrative medicine plays in transforming lives. He’s excited to work with a team of other practitioners who share his dedication to delivering outstanding and personable care.
Education has always been important to Dr. Tavares. He began his studies at Montclair State University in New Jersey, where he earned his undergraduate degree in biochemistry. He went on to complete his chiropractic degree at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls.
Dr. Tavares, DC, has extensive experience working in partnership with medical professionals. He’s worked in urgent and rehabilitative care, held leadership roles in nonsurgical care, and served on the medical staff for the AST Dew Pro Action Sports Tour.
Dr. Tavares, DC, continues to seek out opportunities to refine his skills and knowledge and attends training courses to stay at the forefront of chiropractic care. Dr Christopher Gillis MD, FRCSC, FAANS Neurosurgeon
Dr. Gillis is a neurosurgeon with a focus on complex spine disorders. He graduated with distinction in 2004 from Dalhousie University with a BSc. Biology, and went onto get his medical degree from the Schulich School of Medicine at the University of Western Ontario in London, ON in 2008. He then completed a neurosurgery residency at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, B.C. and subsequently trained in minimally invasive and complex spine surgery during a clinical fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
Dr. Gillis was the Spine Program’s Medical Director and an Assistant Professor in the Division of Neurosurgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
He is a fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) and member of Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS) and the spine and peripheral nerve subsection of AAND/CNS.
Dr. Gillis’ clinical and research interests include developing and advancing new techniques for minimally invasive spine surgeries, deformity corrections, spine robotics and advance spine navigation. He is interested in the treatment of spine disorders because he finds helping patients become pain-free or taking them from a disabled condition to enjoying their life again is as rewarding as surgery can be.

Michelle Molina, M.D. is a Board Certified Neurologist
Michelle Molina, M.D. is a Board Certified Neurologist practicing in New York and New Jersey. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from Stony Brook University and earned her Medical Degree from the American University of the Caribbean. Dr. Molina completed her Neurology Residency at Westchester Medical Center.
In her practice, she focuses on patients with accident-related injuries as well as those with neck, back, joint, and muscle pain. Through her experience with Nerve Conduction and Muscle Testing, she is able to not only diagnose but also help manage many common issues including localized or radiating pain, numbness, tingling, and muscle cramps.
By offering these diagnostic and therapeutic options, Dr. Molina is able to assist in the recovery and relief of patient’s symptoms, helping them to return to work and their family life earlier.

Dr. Michael O’Hara is a double board certified, IVY League trained physician with over 25 years of experience treating pain and injuries. He graduated from medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, in the top 5% of his class. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at the prestigious Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and he was awarded a Fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the same institution. Dr. O’Hara offers a comprehensive approach to patient care; treating each person as an individual and tailoring a treatment plan for every specific condition. Utilizing the latest technology, scientific advances, and evidence based medicine, he endeavors to return each person to a full, productive life.
